DNS-only mode and WARP work differently. Connection software does not guarantee access or change eligibility. Review the provider’s current information and use services permitted on your network.
Prepare a useful support message
Describe the task, the step that failed and the exact error text. Include the approximate time, device type and browser version where relevant. Explain which simple checks you already tried so the recipient does not repeat them unnecessarily. Remove passwords, verification codes and personal documents from screenshots before sending them.
Choose the correct recipient
Website layout questions and account questions may need different recipients. The service that holds an account is the appropriate source for sign-in recovery, verification and account records. Social buttons provide contact routes but do not establish that a public conversation is suitable for sensitive information. Use the private support channel documented by the relevant service.
Change one setting at a time
When troubleshooting, note the original setting before changing it and check the result before trying another change. This makes it easier to identify what helped and to undo an unsuccessful adjustment. Connection tools cannot correct an incorrect password, restore an account or change eligibility. If a problem persists, report the observations instead of repeatedly attempting the same operation.
