1. Open the access route

Use the main PHOPEN access button. Check the address shown by your browser before entering account information. This information page does not collect login credentials.

2. Enter your details

Use the account identifier and password requested by the destination. Avoid shared devices where possible and do not send passwords or one-time codes through social messages.

3. Resolve an error

Check typing, keyboard language and connection status. If your details are rejected, use the recovery option shown at the destination rather than creating repeated accounts.

4. Finish your session

Sign out on shared devices. If access remains unavailable, note the error message without exposing personal information and read Support.

Check the sign-in screen

Use the identifier requested by the destination, which may differ from a public display name. Check for accidental spaces, keyboard language changes and automatic capitalisation. If a password manager offers several saved accounts, select the entry that matches the full destination address. Avoid repeatedly submitting different details when a service indicates a temporary restriction; follow its displayed recovery or waiting instructions.

Handle verification and recovery

Verification messages can be delayed or sent to a different contact method saved on the account. Check the masked recipient shown on screen and use only the newest code if several were requested. Never forward a code to someone offering to sign in for you. If you no longer control the registered contact method, use the account provider’s recovery process rather than posting personal documents in a public channel.

Describe an unresolved problem

Record whether the page failed to load, rejected the identifier, rejected the password or stopped at verification. Include the approximate time, browser and device when contacting the account provider. A cropped screenshot can help if it excludes personal details. These facts are more useful than repeatedly retrying the same action without knowing which stage failed.
